What to Expect
The Pre-Visit
Your experience starts when you submit the Virtual Consultation Form. Once I receive your form, I will determine which service package would be best for your hair and specific goals. You will then receive a personalized email with an online scheduling link where you can choose a date and time that works best for your schedule.
The Visit
The day of your appointment you will arrive at your new favorite place. We are in an ‘off the beaten path location’ and when you arrive you will feel like you have found a hidden gem. There is ample and easily accessible parking directly in front of the salon. Once you make your way inside, you will be greeted by myself and our amazing salon team and take a seat in our waiting area. At Root Salon our priority is your relaxation and in-salon experience. We have wifi, a variety of nourishments including snacks, sparkling water, seasonal beverages, hot tea, french press coffee, and refreshing wine. To begin your appointment, we will start by sitting down together to discuss your Virtual Consultation Form in detail, as well hair color history and short and long term goals. Here we will really dive deep into what what we can achieve during each visit and maintenance schedule while also ensuring the integrity and health of your hair. After our consultation it is your time to sit back, relax and enjoy some “me time”.
After Goodbye
At the end of your appointment we will discuss your maintenance schedule and which service packages you will need moving forward. Existing guests have full access to my online scheduling and can use the portal anytime to book and can contact me anytime with questions.
